We are all naturally creative, resourceful, and whole and have the ability within us to find a path forward.
But too often we get in our own way and find ourselves stuck feeling as though we have no options.
That’s where our work comes in.
How do we engage in this work?
I lean on a multitude of evidence-based, neuroscientifically grounded coaching modalities. These practices focus on wholeness - recognizing that there is less separation between our personal and professional lives than many of us would like to believe.
Tactically, this means I listen to learn, asking questions to help you try on new perspectives and prototype possibilities for the areas of your life in which you want more.
Coaching is not consulting - you are the expert in your life. My job is to walk beside you and illuminate the path.
My clients come from diverse backgrounds and varied professional paths, but the one common theme I’ve identified is that the people I work with are ready to embrace a whole human approach to problem solving — thoughts, feelings, and physical responses are all valuable data points that move the work forward.
I have worked with entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives, artists, and fellow coaches. When identifying client-coach match, it’s less about who you are and more about what you want.
